- Curved surface optical spectral reflectometer is a compact instrument for measuring optical spectral reflectance from curved surfaces, such as optical lenses and domes.
- Measurement spectral range is from UV to infrared (0.2 to 2.5 microns); lens aperture size of curve surface is from ¼ to 4 inches with maximal curve surface angle up to 60 degrees. The instrument also can be used for measuring film thickness coated on curved surfaces.
